I have over twenty years experience of working in mental health, both in the NHS and privately. I have worked in a variety of settings and have had the privilege of meeting people from all walks of life. I have supported them, using evidence-based psychological therapy, to overcome mental health difficulties ranging from mild to severe.

I am also an experienced Clinical Supervisor of other Psychological Therapists.

The types of difficulties I have helped people with have included: anxiety, panic, worry, low self-esteem, phobias, anger, obsessive-compulsive disorder, trauma, experiences of abuse, relationship difficulties, depression, self-injury, chronic fatigue, bipolar disorder and psychosis.

I am registered with the Health and Care Professions Council. I am also a Chartered member of the British Psychological Society, an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies, and an EMDR Therapist.
