About me

I am Consultant Psychologist working in independent practice in Central London. I am registered with the Health and Care professions Council (HCPC). I am also heading up several Psychology teams within an NHS Trust within Central London.

I specialise in psychological assessment and treatment of a wide range of emotional difficulties and disorders, and am able to support individuals through periods of significant difficulty in their life.

I offer a range of psychological therapies and treatments (including Mindfulness based therapies and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and work with clients experiencing multiple problems. These include the following (although this is not an exhaustive list):

COVID-19 related difficulties e.g. worries, managing implications (health and mental health), relationship difficulties, problems with isolation and bereavement.

Therapy specialising on the impact of race inequalities and inequalities based on religion, gender, sexual orientation and class.
