Mr Paul Montgomery qualified from Leeds medical school in 1984 and had his postgraduate training at Saint Mary's, Saint Bartholomew's and the Royal Marsden, London where he specialised in head and neck cancer surgery.

He was appointed as a consultant in Ear, Nose and Throat Surgery at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital in 1997. In 2011 he transferred his clinical practice to the Bupa Cromwell Hospital. He obtained a Silver National Clinical Excellence Award in 2011.
