About me
I am a clinical dietitian with nine years experience of working in the NHS in the hospital, community and mental health settings.
I have worked with Lyfinity to help deliver a weight management group, and volunteer at a local mental health group by giving a talk on balanced eating with depression and anxiety.
I use up to date clinical evidence to help treat nutrition related health issues, to help you eat well for you!
