About me
I am the director for Aspire Nutrition & Dietetic Services, offering private dietetic consultations at Spire Cheshire, Yale, Murrayfield, Manchester and Fylde Coast Hospitals, located in the North West of England, UK. I have over 18 years experience as a clinical dietitian, having worked for NHS trusts across the North West of England and North Wales.
I am registered with the majority of health insurers and also accept self referrals.
I am passionate about improving people health through nutrition and lifestyle change.
Areas of interest
Specialities include weight loss, pre and post nutrition for bariatric surgery, healthy eating, nutritional support, gastrointestinal conditions including IBS, coeliac disease, IBD and diverticular disease and sports nutrition.
