About me

I run my own practice (Roohaz Counselling and Psychotherapy) in Twickenham, Richmond Upon Thames.

I specialise in bereavement and loss, depression, lack of confidence, low self-esteem, relationship issues and separation, work related stress, general anxiety, identity issues and historical trauma including abuse.

I use an interactive approach to counselling and psychotherapy to support clients to better understand themselves and how they relate to others.

Before entering the counselling and psychotherapy world I had up to 25 years’ professional experience in a corporate environment, which allowed me to understand the pressures and advantages of working in various commercial organisations.
