I am a Chartered Consultant Clinical Psychologist and registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). I have worked in a range of private and NHS settings including NHS outpatient and inpatient mental health services, in secure NHS forensic settings, prisons, young offender units and high-security psychiatric hospitals.
I offer assessment and psychological treatment to people, 15 years of age and over with a range of mental health difficulties: Stress; Depression; Generalised anxiety disorder; Phobias; Eating disorders; Bipolar Disorder; Post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD); Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD); Body dysmorphic disorder; Self-harm; Borderline Personality Disorder; Sexual/ relationship problems; Adult ADHD and Occupational/ work related issues affecting mental health.
I am trained to use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT); Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT); Mindfulness based CBT (MBCT) and STEPPS.
I am the lead partner of a consultant led team of experienced, skilled and approachable professionals in a private practice, Consulting Psychology & Psychiatry Services where Consultant Psychologists, Psychiatrists and GPs believe in offering their clients an efficient, tailor made, high quality service. This allows me to refer clients to other professionals in the team for a specialist input if required. Our practice is supported by peer supervision and Continuous Professional Development (CPD).
I offer weekdays, evenings and Saturday appointments.
I am registered with leading private insurance companies and accept self- referrals and referrals from employers, GPs and other medical and allied health professionals.

I am currently working as a Consultant Clinical Psychologist in a private practice based in Leatherhead , Surrey and a Locum Consultant in an NHS acute inpatient setting.
My research interests are: Cognitive recovery in severe head injuries, Psychiatric rehabilitation, Treatment resistant depression, Treatment of young sex offenders and Personality disorders.
My personal interests are: the treatment of Mood disorders including Bipolar disorder, trauma, personality disorders, specially Borderline Personality disorder.
My main therapeutic approaches are CBT, DBT, Mindfulness based approaches. I also offer skills training in cognitive, behavioural and physiological skills to people with Adult ADHD and can work integratively, tailoring the approach to the individual if required
