I am an NHS and Private Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist. Particular areas of interest are pelvic floor/bladder problems, traumatic childbirth and also high risk pregnancies including HIV and drugs in pregnancy. I trained in Leeds and in 2003 became a Consultant at Leeds General Infirmary and St James University hospital. In 2008 I moved to London to take up a Consultant post at the Royal Free Hospital.

I have presented nationally and internationally meetings on topics such as childbirth trauma, HIV in pregnancy, methods of induction of labour and patient satisfaction following surgery for incontinence and so I stay involved with the latest developments in womens’ health and surgery. I also take part in multicentre research.
