About me

Dr John Brittenden (MBChB, FRCR) graduated in 1994 at Bristol University and proceeded to undertake his training in general medicine (MRCP) from 1994 to 2000 before transfering to a career in Radiology.

I completed my Radiology training in Leeds completing fellowships at UCL in tumour ablation and Gastrointestinal/abdominal Radiology at the Royal Adelaide Hospital, Australia.

In 2007 I was appointed as a Consultant at Mid Yorkshire NHS Trust.

Gastro-intestinal radiology; CT virtual colonoscopy (CTC); Abdominal CT and MRI; Fluoroscopy; Bariatric imaging; Pelvic floor imaging including endoanal US and proctography; Abdominal and prostate biopsies; Drainages; Ultrasound
