About me

I am a Highly Specialist Counselling Psychologist working in independent practice in Central London. I am chartered by the British Psychological Society (BPS) and registered with the Health and Care professions Council (HCPC)

I specialise in psychological assessment and treatment of a wide range of emotional difficulties and disorders. I therefore am able to support individuals through periods of significant difficulty in their life.

I offer a range of psychological therapies and treatments (including Mindfulness based therapies and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and work with clients experiencing multiple problems. These include the following (although this is not an exhaustive list):
