About me

Dr Victoria Samuel specialises in providing evidence-based therapeutic work to children, adolescents and adults.

Victoria has particular expertise in working with clients who feel restricted by anxious thoughts and feelings and physical symptoms of worry, panic and stress. Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy is offered, alongside cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).

Victoria has undergone additional specialist training in working with adults and children affected by post-traumatic stress disorder, using Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR).

Working with individuals who have experienced road traffic accidents is and area in which Victoria has considerable clinical experience.
