About me

I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologist, and a BABCP Accredited Cognitive-Behavioural Psychotherapist and Supervisor. I am HCPC registered and I have my own Professional Indemnity Insurance.
I have practised as a Counselling Psychologist for 17 years in the NHS, academic and private settings, offering individual and group CBT, training and supervision to other mental health professionals. I have taught CBT nationally and internationally on behalf of Oxford Cognitive Therapy Centre. I have been extensively involved in teaching Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) at University of Oxford Mindfulness Centre. My clinical experience is in helping adults with recurrent depression, anxiety problems and trauma/PTSD, using CBT, EMDR, ACT and mindfulness-based approaches.

In addition to my private therapy work, I am employed by the University of Warwick, Wellbeing Support Services.
