I am the Lead Consultant for Stroke and Consultant in Geriatric medicine and General Internal medicine at Southend University Hospital.
I have been a National Stroke Improvement Programme Associate for hyperacute stroke.
I am involved in Stroke Research, and am a member of National Acute Stroke group NIHR Stroke Research Network, having previously been Lead for Stroke in the Essex and Hertfordshire Comprehensive Local Research Network and NorthEast London Stroke Research Network Clinical Lead.

Management of complicated high risk cardiovascular/cerebrovascular disease;
