Courses offered to GPs
I am happy to present on a variety of topics in Gastroenterology to GPs. In recent years I have given presentations on IBS, IBD, PEG feeding, Acute Gastroenterology and Bowel Cancer Screening.
My colonoscopy practice is strictly audited as part of Quality Assurance for the UK National Bowel Cancer Screening Programme.
In 2020 my caecal intubation rate is over 95% with a polyp (adenoma) detection rate of over 60%. These are well above National targets.
High polyp detection rates correlate well with cancer detection rates.
