About me

Previously the Head of Counselling at Middlesex University, London, Pete Kerridge is a UKCP registered counsellor and psychotherapist and now works exclusively from his private practices in Harley Street, London W1 and in Ipswich in Suffolk. With over 18 years of experience, he offers psychotherapy and counselling to individuals, couples and groups and offers clinical supervision to other psychotherapists and counsellors. His extensive clinical experience enables him to offer help to a wide range of people with a broad range of concerns. Pete also offers Trauma Focussed Counselling and Psychotherapy and is trained to advanced level in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) and in TRE (Trauma and Tension Release Exercises). EMDR is the worlds most evidence based treatment for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and is one of the treatments of choice as recommended by NICE (The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence).
