About me

Wecome to focusyourhealth, specialising in Chiropractic treatment for the relief of back pain, neck pain and a wide variety of muscle, nerve and joint problems.

Our aim is not only to provide pain relief but also to identify the source/s of the pain, helping tou to understand the underlying reason/s for your symptoms and therefore help prevent future episodes and manage your back.

Chiropractors are most commonly recognised for treating short and long term lower back and neck pain, sciatica and whiplash. However we can also provide relief of problems such as shoulder and/ or arm pain, hip pain and lumbago.

Chiropractor treatments usually include a combination of hands-on techniques such as manipulation, trigger point tharapy, dry needling (western syle acupuncture) and massage techniques. Each patient treatment plan will vary slightly depending upon your specific complaint and duration of complaint.

Following your one hour initial consultation we will provide you with a full explanation of your complaint and the appropriate treatment for you to recover quickly and return to your daily and leisure activities.

No matter what your complaint, our personal focus is to listen to you and understand your problem and goals, provide a professional experience and provide the best treatment for you.

focusyourhealth chiropractic care is individual to you, helping you get better and helping you keep active.
