About me

Mr Anthony Blacker is a Specialist Urological Surgeon dealing with a wide range of Urological conditions including circumcision, vasectomies, kidney cancer, kidney stones and many more.

Mr Anthony Blacker had been working at University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire as a Consultant Urologist since 2005. He practices privately at BMI The Meriden Hospital.

He specialises in surgery of the kidney using the most modern and appropriate techniques, including robotic, laparoscopic, retroperitoneal, transperitoneal, open, ureteroscopic and percutaneous (PCNL).

As well as common kidney operations, he is also skilled in partial nephrectomies using open, laparoscopic and robotic techniques. Rather than traditional percutaneous (PCNL) surgery, he is sometimes able to offer patients day case ureteroscopy and laser, even for treatment of large kidney stones.
