About me

I completed my undergraduate medical degree at the University of Bristol in 1995. This was then followed by my basic surgical training in the Bristol area, including a years' post at the University of Bristol, Department of Anatomy working as an Anatomy Lecturer. I then completed a higher degree (MD) at the same University following a 2 and half year period in formal research. My higher surgical training in Urology took me all over the South West and finally to Bristol. I was appointed a Consultant Urological Surgeon in Gloucestershire in 2007. I play an active role in training the Urologists of the future and am the current Training programme Director for the whole of the South West of the country.
