About me

I run a clinical psychology and neuropsychology practice, seeing people from 12 to 90+ years. Based on 30 years of experience, I provide a programme of psychological therapies tailored to the needs of each individual.
A typical intervention for people suffering from conditions such as stress, anxiety, depression, adjustment and relationship difficulties would include working at a physiological, emotional, cognitive, relational and behavioural level.
My approach combines cutting edge models from psychotherapy and neuroscience. An evidence-based integrated approach of this sort promotes the psychological integration which underpins greater composure, confidence and competence in every day life.
People who are suffering from acquired neurological injury and disease receive the same breadth of intervention, adapted where necessary to allow for any loss of function and combined with state of the art methods of neuropsychological rehabilitation..
