    I offer Bupa customers standard cataract surgery on the Full Pathway package option at Duchy Hospital .

    This package includes your appointments before and after surgery, as well as your surgery and mono-focal lenses. It means you won’t use up your out-patient benefit or receive any additional bills from your surgeon (or anaesthetist, if you need one) for eligible treatment.

About me

MA (Hons) in neurological sciences at Cambridge University 1992.

BM BCh from Oxford Medical School in 1995.

Fellow of the Royal College of Ophthalmologists since 2006.

He started his ophthalmology career in Taunton, then spent 8 years training in the West of Scotland. There he developed his interest in paediatric ophthalmology, neuro-ophthalmology and squints and did a clinical fellowship at Great Ormond Street Hospital in 2004. He has published and lectured on visual processing disorders in brain-damaged children. He is an appraiser for Ramsay Health UK, and College tutor and Regional advisor for the Royal College of Ophthalmologists. At Treliske he is lead consultant for the development of the cataract service and has recently become a Trust Coach and Mentor for clinical leaders within the organization.
