Dr Adedokun became a Fellow of the College of Anaesthetists of the Royal College of Surgeons of Ireland in 2004, in the same year became a Fellow of the Royal College of Anaesthetist. He was granted Fellowship by assessment of the Faculty of Pain Medicine of the Royal College of Anaesthetists in 2009.
Dr Adedokun`s practice is currently based at the North Manchester General Hospital Pain Management Unit, which is a dynamic, progressive and multi-disciplinary unit.
Dr Adedokun has extensive experience in a wide range of chronic pain conditions such as Back and Neck pain, Whiplash syndromes, Brachialgia and sciatic pain.
His experience also includes other chronic pain conditions such Atypical facial pain, Trigeminal neuralgia, Post herpetic neuralgia, and other neuropathic pain syndromes, Complex headaches, Complex Regional Pain Syndrome, Cancer pain, Musculo-skeletal injuries/ pain, Repetitive strain injuries, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Myofascial Pain Syndrome, Shoulder, Abdominal and Pelvic Pain Syndromes.

Dr Adedokun was appointed as a Consultant in Anaesthetics and Pain Medicine at the Pennine Acute NHS Trust (North Manchester General Hospital) in May 2007.
Dr Adedokun`s private consulting rooms are at the Spire Manchester Hospital, the Roselands Consulting Rooms in Manchester, The BMI Beaumont and Beardwood Hospitals in Bolton and Blackburn and the Oakland Hospital in Salford respectively with admitting rights in this hospitals treating patients with a wide range of chronic pain conditions.
Dr Adedokun's varied interests include management of neuropathic pain especially Complex Regional Pain Syndromes, Musculoskeletal pain syndromes and Radiofrequency techniques for spinal and root pains.
