About me

I am a BACP accredited therapist with over 20 years experience of working with a wide range of issues. I offer a safe, confidential, empathic and non-judgemental environment that will allow you to explore your issues, address your concerns and reach your goals. I believe that change is difficult but when we work as a team , where I can bring my experience and knowledge and you bring your insight and understanding of your issues we can make change happen. . The therapeutic relationship works well when you feel that you are able to relate and work with me; therefore, I offer a free half hour session so that you can have the opportunity to meet me and ask me questions. It does not oblige you to continue to have therapy with me. I look forward to hearing from you.
