I'm a Consultant Clinical Psychologist with extensive experience in the field of mental health with both adults and children (however, I'm not currently seeing children). I've lectured and worked with the top universities in London, run workshops for the British Psychological Society, personal development organisations, companies, the NHS and various other settings.

Courses offered to GPs
I run approved CPD workshops providing points/hours for this purpose. I'm willing to speak with GPs on the use of psychology and mindfulness as an adjunct to treatment as there is increasing evidence on its efficacy for both physical and psychological conditions, from pain management and stress related conditions (including chronic heart disease, asthma, hypertension and IBS) to anxiety, depression and distress.
