About me

I am a BABCP accredited Cognitive Behaviour Psychotherapist, supervisor and trainer offering high quality and individualised therapy to individuals looking for help with difficulties such as low mood, anxiety, stress, trauma.
My training is in CBT as well as other approaches such as Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy and Compassion Focused Therapy. Whilst these all do come under the umbrella of Cognitive & Behavioural Therapies, the approach and methods are somewhat different in their focus and application.
