About me

I am always happpy to be contacted by phone or email to discuss your needs prior to meeting for an initial consultation. At the end of the consultation a clear pathway will be collaboratively agreed including the type of therapy and the number of sessions with a clear rationale.
I am Chartered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society
I have over 30 years experience in adult mental health. I am employed as a Consultant Psychologist in my NHS work.
Additionally I also have Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT) Practitioner accreditation and I am very experienced in CBT (with M.Sc level training).
I am trained in Dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT) and Mentalisation based therapy (MBT).
I am an accredited tutor with the Association of Psychological Therapies (APT).
