Hilary is dually qualified, having both an honours degree from the British School of Osteopathy and a Masters degree in Medical Acupuncture. She is fully registered with the General Osteopathic Council and an Accredited member of the British Medical Acupuncture Society.
She uses traditional osteopathic techniques such as massage and spinal manipulation, complemented by myofascial dry needling, acupuncture and craniosacral osteopathy. She is trained in kinesiology taping by the Kinesiology Taping Association to advanced level 3. Hilary also uses electrotherapies such as therapeutic ultrasound and electroacupuncture. She has completed courses in advanced manipulation and myofascial release. She is trained in Pilates-based rehabilitative exercise.
She has also undergone extensive paediatric post-graduate level training at the British School of Osteopathy, Sutherland Cranial College, and London School of Osteopathy.
