About me

I offer a psychological counselling, therapy and neuropsychology service across North and Mid Wales together with my colleagues at Cambrian Psychology.
I offer a psychological assessment where we explore together the issues and experiences that are impacting on your life today; and work with you to support the qualities and skills you have that can take you forward. I am particularly interested in using a compassion focussed therapeutic approach. Therapy sessions can take place with you as an individual or together with your partner or family.

Please visit the website for more information about our services. I am happy to talk through your concerns and what might be most helpful for you - on the phone or email; prior to any formal appointment.
