I have taken part in '360 degree' appraisal in the last 12 months, which includes anonymised feedback from both colleagues and patients. This demonstrated very high levels of patient satisfaction.
I have helped to develop clinical outcome measures for the MS service at Walton, combined with user friendly apps to enable collection of this data within an electronic patient record.
