About me

I graduated from Guy’s Hospital Medical School in 1993 before undertaking specialist training in Cardiology across a number of London Teaching hospitals including a period of research into coronary physiology and cardiac stress testing as an MRC Fellow at Imperial College London. I was appointed Consultant Cardiologist at the Princess Alexandra Hospital, Harlow and Barts and the London in 2005 before moving to the Essex Cardiothoracic Centre in 2007.

I have previously been the Lead Cardiologist for the Essex Cardiac and Stroke Network and am currently the Essex Cardiac Lead for the East of England Strategic Clinical Network. I am also the Divisional Lead Cardiologist for the Essex Cardiothoracic Centre.
