Dr Lucy Brazil trained in oncology at Royal Marsden Hospital and Guy's and St Thomas’ Hospitals.
Dr Brazil has a special interest in neuro-oncology – in particular, the treatment of glioblastoma multiforme and low grade glioma (including oligodendroglioma).
Dr Brazil is an active member of The National Cancer Institute Brain Tumour Clinical Studies Group, as well as The European Organisation for Research and Treatment of Cancer Brain Tumour Group. She is also Chairman of The Brain Tumour Palliative Care / Quality of Life subgroup.

Primary Brain tumours-Glioblastoma Multiforme , Oligodendrogliomas, Oligoastrocytomas Radiotherapy and chemotherapy.

She has been a consultant at Guy's and St Thomas’ and King's College Hospitals since 2005.
My special interests are: neuro-oncology particularly high grade glioblastoma multiforme and low grade glioma, including oligodendroglioma, as well as spinal tumours,
breast cancer including management of brain metastases;
radiotherapy both standard conformal, and stereotactic techniques, including Cyberknife, Rapid-Arc and IMRT;
chemotherapy and endocrine treatments.
