Mr Pavier has been a Consultant Podiatric Surgeon based at Newark Hospital since 2002.
He completed his surgical fellowship in Solihull and was a Registrar for 3 years in Buxton Hospital. He has undertaken further train in USA and Europe since obtaining fellowship.
Mr Pavier takes an active role in teaching and is a visiting lecturer at Huddersfield and Glasgow Caledonian Universities. He has been Dean of the Northern Deanery of the College of Podiatry and has been Vice Dean of Directorate of Podiatric Surgery.
Mr Pavier has a special interest in Hallux Valgus surgery and treating arthritis of foot joints especially the big toe joint.
He regularly performs ultrasound guided injections for Plantar Fasciitis and Neuroma as week as intra articular injections for painful joints.
