About me

Jill has been lucky enough to gain experience throughout the UK both within the NHS as a Clinical Specialist & in Private practice.
She has special interests in the shoulder & elbow, back and neck pain ,post operative rehab, headaches, ante & post natal musculoskeletal problems, Acupuncture & Pilates.
Jill’s philosophy is simple:
 Find the problem & more importantly what the cause is.
 Aim to make a difference to patient’s symptoms in 3 weeks.
 Give patient knowledge to understand what the cause is & the tools to manage their condition in the long term.
In 2017 Jill gained “Quality Assured Practitioner” status from the University of Brighton & Physio First (The Trade Association for Physios in Private Practice) which is awarded for her Outcome measures meeting a National Criteria.
