About me

Director of Physiotherapy services and established over 20 years in each practice serving the community in Clapham and in Central London.
I have now moved to excellent premises in Charing Cross just 1min from Trafalgar Square. Patients can vary from Politicians, Opera singers, Sports persons, Business persons and Lawyers / Barristers to every day workers in the market!

During this time I have also worked for Bupa Wellness at Riverside Racquets Club and Harley Street and Nuffield Health team at Riverside Racquets Club and Victoria, London.

Previously I have worked at Vanderbilts racquet club for a few years and also 9 years International Tennis Ladies.
UK Athletics and treating International elite athletes about 15 years
British Olympic Boxing Team Physiotherapist 2 years.

Deputy Superintendent Physiotherapist Crystal Palace National Sports Centre up to 6 years and Clinical supervisor to Senior Physiotherapists, Lectured extensively throughout the UK to Dr's and Physiotherapists on sports medicine and post graduate courses and Media LBC programme 1 year.

NHS Senior Physiotherapist on outpatients, medical and adult disabled units.

Post orthopaedic surgery to peripheral joints eg ACL reconstruction rehabilitation; Joint replacements;
LBP and sciatica and neck pain including arm pain ; Whiplash injuries; Post orthopaedic surgery to the spine eg microdiscectomy
Post fractures eg coming out of casts and walking boots.
Shoulder injuries including prevention of surgery/ post surgical and frozen contracted shoulders;
Elbows such as lateral epicondyalgia (tennis elbow); medial epicondyalgia ( golfers elbow);
Ankle inversion sprains and foot biomechanics;
Work related upper limb disorders (previously known as RSI) that includes ciatica and arm pain treatment by release of adhesions by neural tensioning and mobilising the effected joint interfaces and neural palpation;
