What do we do…

“Advance Physiotherapy” was rebranded after becoming independent from Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club in 2009. This clinic has been treating Private Patients from a variety of referral sources in the West Bridgford area of Nottingham since conception in 1985, as well as more recently offering the expertise of their Physiotherapists to British Elite athletes worldwide, and NHS patients referred via their own GP.
We pride ourselves on being a patient centred, small, friendly clinic geared to managing and meeting the goals of our patients though the application of treatment techniques and exercise. We also pride ourselves on continuing to use hands on treatment techniques which include manipulations which many patients associate only with Chiropracters or Osteopaths. Whilst we recognise the benefits of focused exercises to assist our patients recovery, they are rarely used in isolation.

We treat any musculoskeletal conditions, and ALL our therapists will devote their time and skills to conditions that have proved resistant to treatment in the past. However some of the conditions most commonly encountered by our therapists are listed below.

Commonly Encountered Injuries

Lower Back Pain
Neck Pain
Symptoms of Whiplash
Ligament Strains
Tendon Injuries
Muscular injuries
Sports Injuries
Arthritis
Nerve pains (caused by adverse neural dynamics)
