About me

Qualified in 1978 and spent 10 years working at Northwick Park Hospital and Clinical Research Centre,7 years as Senior Physiotherapist in charge of Outpatients treatment.
Since 1980 started private Clinic in Watford with England football team Doctor, the late Dr. Vernon Edwards. 1979-1983 Team physiotherapists to Wealdstone Football Club.
I have also been Honorary Physiotherapist for The British Olympic Medical Centre/Harrow Gymnastic Club/Harrow Athletics Club/ Camelot Rugby Club Juniors/ also physiotherapy advisor for Watford Borough Council Occupational Health and Bio-products Laboratory. Previously lecturer for GP training and NHS physiotherapy staff post graduate training.

Sports injury assessment and rehabilitation; Shoulder treatment after surgery; Shoulder sub-acromial impingement and rotator cuff lesions and frozen shoulder problems; Whiplash injury; Rehabilitation after orthopaedic surgery; Trigger point release treatment and muscle energy techniques; Correction of pelvis and sacro-Iliac problems; Hip, knee and ankle rehabilitation.
Special post graduate techniques and protocols for management of Shoulder, Illio-Tibial Band Lesions /Hip and Sacro-Iliac Joint , Patello-femoral joint dysfuction.
