Formerly known as Health and Fitness Solutions, HFS Clinics was created in 2003 by its Directors to help fill the growing need of a population which has continued to lead more active and healthy lifestyles but experience higher levels of associated pain and injury.
Lots of us end up finding that our attempts to improve our health through exercise actually results in things becoming worse not better. The stress we deliberately place on ourselves as we work and exercise often causes our tendons, ligaments and joints to deteriorate due to poor postures and movement habits.
Through understanding the clinical and lifestyle needs of the population, HFS has developed a unique programme of specialist physiotherapy, posture and movement rehabilitation (including clinical Pilates), ergonomics and podiatry which allows people to then exercise without undue risk of developing pain and injury.
Far too often the treatment of spinal and sports injury simply focuses of treating people’s immediate symptoms and fails to really address the underlying issues that cause pain and injury in the first place. As a result we are seeing a growing number of patients with previously failed treatments as well as increasingly chronic problems.
At HFS Clinics we are able to consistently demonstrate excellent treatment outcomes and high levels of patient satisfaction and the reputation we have developed and maintained over the years has led to a considerable number of other Specialists and organisations working with us. All clinicians at HFS share the same clinical philosophy and undergo the same internal programme of furthering education.
We are committed to continuous improvement in both clinical and customer services.
We are Dedicated to Getting Better.
Our current clinics are in Aldgate (EC3), Liverpool Street (EC1), Harley Street (W1) and Chichester (PO19) Lightwater GU18 and Camberley GU15
