I am an experienced CBT Therapist with an approach that encompasses ACT (Acceptance and Committment Therapy) and Mindfulness based CBT. I worked for the NHS for over ten years before setting up in private practice. I see patients on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and I have some late and early appointments as well as daytime.
