About me

Dr. Bradley Mann has over thirteen years’ experience working as a Clinical Psychologist within both NHS and private sector settings in treating people with a range of mental health difficulties and psychological problems. Dr. Mann has a specialist interest in working with people with chronic and complex presentations having worked within secure and recovery services in east London and Hertfordshire. There he works with people experiencing symptoms of psychosis and personality difficulties as well as substance misuse.

He has worked within private practise for the past twelve years helping people who experience anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD and adjustment difficulties. He is an accredited cognitive and behavioural psychotherapist and has undergone intensive DBT training. His preferred models are cognitive with a range of schema therapy, dialectical behavioural therapy, mindfulness and compassion-based therapy providing the depth to such models. Bradley seeks to ensure that the process of therapy is always collaborative with meaningful goals set so that the client can quickly find balance and feel more in control of their life.
