About me

I am a UKCP, HCPC and BAAT registered integrative arts psychotherapist in private practice with over twenty years experience, offering long and short-term psychotherapy as well as supervision to practicing therapists.

I believe passionately in the importance of the relationship between therapist and client and in finding the most appropriate way with them as individuals.

I also have extensive experience working with adults with a history of relationship issues, anxiety, low self esteem, bereavement, abuse ,depression, loss of desire and creativity, issues concerning sexuality.

I continue to work with those who are experiencing, or wish to make, major life changes and those living with general feelings of loss and dissatisfaction with life.

I am happy to provide "on-line" sessions via Skype if required.
