About me

I am a Consultant Clinical & Health Psychologist. I trained at University College London and have over 20 years experience of working with people with a range of emotional and physical health problems. I work with adults who suffer from depression, anxiety, health anxiety, trauma, low self esteem and confidence issues. I work primarily within the cognitive-behavioural model, drawing on mindfulness techniques and the biopsychosocial model of health and wellbeing. I also have part III training in EMDR.
