About us

Dr Gray has extensive experience of working with individual, couples, groups, adults, children and adolescents to resolve emotional problems both in the NHS and private sector. She has an interest and developed speciality of working with anxiety and stress, phobia and panic, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), post traumatic stress disorder PTSD), eating disorders, grief and bereavement, self harm, low self esteem and confidence, somatic problems and chronic pain, relationship issues, emotional distress related to illness and a range of other life and emotional problems.
