About me

I graduated from the British School of Osteopathy in 1992, and worked privately as an associate practitioner, and have worked in the NHS (General Practice). I completed my British Wheel of Yoga teacher training in 2000 and have been teaching yoga since. In 2008, I established Holmewood Osteopathic Practice, which offers patient centered, evidence informed care for muscular and joint conditions.
I am able to support those wishing to return to yoga practice following musculoskeletal injury or long term back pain. As well as private practice I teach and lecture at The University College of Osteopathy (formerly the British School of Osteopathy).
