- Short Term Psychodynamic Therapy
As a Psychotherapist, I have more than thirty years’ experience of working with both adult individuals and couples who need professional help either for themselves or with their relationship. Some of the issues that bring people to seek Psychotherapy are Anxiety, Depression; Low Self-Esteem; Low Self-Confidence; Stress, Bullying; Bereavement; Adoption; Step-Parenting; Couples Counselling; Separation and Divorce.
During the restrictions created due to the Corona Virus I am able to offer online consultations using Skype, WhatsApp or Zoom which many patients are finding beneficial. At present I am not offering face-to-face consultations.
