About me

I trained in CBT under Windy Dryden at London Goldsmiths, updating my practice with the MSc in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy at the University of Oxford. I qualified as a couple counsellor through the Relate programme accredited by the University of East London and became a Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy trainer, studying under Patrizia Collard. I have also undertaken training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with Richard Bennett and Joe Oliver. I have almost twenty years experience in private practice, for Relate and for the Priory. I taught IAPT high intensity therapists at the University of Surrey. Currently I am undertaking research for a PhD at the University of Birmingham, in the field of Personality Disorders.
