About me

I qualified as a Registered Mental Nurse in 1995 and completed my BA(Hons) in Adult Behavioural Psychotherapy in 1998. I have been practicing CBT as a BABCP accredited therapist since 1999. In 2003 I obtained my MSc in Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy. I have worked in both the NHS and private sector, being the Clinical Director for CBT at Nuffield Health prior to recommencing a private practice. I possess many years of expertise in delivering effective treatments for the various anxiety disorders and depression.
