About me

I work as an independent practitioner having worked for 20 years as a clinical psychologist in the NHS specialising in adult mental health.I also supervise psychologists and other professionals. My training across different models ( CBT, psychodynamic therapy, cognitive analytic therapy CAT, and Acceptance and Commitment therapy ACT and systemic therapy) and work experience means that I am able to offer individualised interventions to clients. At the centre of my work is respect for the client, a belief in their internal resources which help them to survive and thrive and a belief that informed, focused psychological work can lead to change.
