I have 20 years experience as a dietitian in the NHS. I have covered many clinical areas and confident to advise on most adult medical conditions. My specialist area is nephrology (renal) and have been involved with all areas for the past 15 years. Currently I see haemodialysis and predialysis/nephrology patients and am responsible for the nutrition of about 400 patients.
10 years ago I entered the freelance sector I have a weekly clinic at the Fleet Street Clinic, this has allowed me to broaden my knowledge in other areas of dietetics such as PCOS, IBS, weight management etc. As part of this I have been involved with corporate work.
I have taken part in an interview for the BBC on diet and weight management.
I have been involved in a research project on weight management.
I have advised on nutrition information for a large drinks manufacturer.
I have had weekly sessions at a mental illness hospital for males educating on healthy nutrition, weight management and diabetes.
I have given lectures and workshops to children in primary and secondary schools on healthy nutrition.

January 2013 won the Star awards, Full Monty award at Cambian Healthcare for dietetic service.
