About me

I have extensive experience as a counsellor and psychotherapist and have worked in the NHS as well as privately. Many of my clients see me because they are suffering anxiety, stress, depression and related areas of trauma. I offer an environment where personal issues can be worked through and there is hope for change. I am a Psychodynamic therapist and that means I have an interest in how the past has impact on present health and welfare. This work is done by building a relationship of trust and between client and therapist.
