About me

Chris has worked as a BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist in the NHS and in private practice for over 20 years.
She is experienced in providing CBT and EMDR to individual clients both adults and adolescents.
She has run numerous CBT Practical Skills Training Courses and provided supervision to CBT Practitioners.













Chris She has run numerous 10 day CBT Practical Skills Training Courses, and several 3 day Introduction to CBT courses. In May 2011, Chris and two colleagues ran a 5 day CBT teaching programme to Clinical Psychology and Psychiatry trainees in Dar-es-Salaam, Tanzania.
Chris has provided individual supervision to CBT Practitioners and group supervision to trainees for over 15 years.
