About me

Shaun Brookhouse earned Graduateship (First Degree Equivalent) in Counselling and Hypnotherapy, a Masters Degree in Education Studies (Researching the development of training in Hypnotherapy 1971-1998), a Post Graduate Certificate in Clinical Supervision, a CertEd (Teaching Credential) in which the assessment was based in part on the course he designed in clinical hypnosis, an Associateship Diploma from the College of Teachers and Licenciateship in Training and Development.

Shaun is also Chairman of the European Association for Hypno-Psychotherapy, a European Wide Organisation for the European Association for Psychotherapy. Additionally, he is an Honorary Fellow of the National Society of Hypnosis,Psychotherapy and Mindfulness (NSHPM) and holder of the European Certificate in Psychotherapy and European Certificate in Clinical Hypnosis

He is Principal of the National College of Hypnosis and Psychotherapy and lectures on the subjects of Hypnosis and Neuro Linguistics internationally. Shaun is also the co-author of Motivational Hypnotism (ISBN 0-9544604-1-3) and Hypnotic Coaching (ISBN 0-9544604-1-3) and co-founder of the Motivational Hypnotism Model of Therapy.

He has received several Fellowships and awards for his contributions to the hypnotherapy profession world wide.
